Along with temples and shrines, temple gates and other structures are being torn down as rural areas become more and more depopulated. The Jyousen Temple Gate is 372 years old and is scheduled to be torn down along with Jyousen Temple in December 2024 unless it can be relocated.  Download the portfolio here.  A detailed estimate of costs to relocate and rebuild the temple gate is available.
